Farm to Institution Online Toolkit

This online toolkit was created by the Fair Food/Farm to Institution Project of White Dog Community Enterprises. The goal of this project is to connect food service professionals who want to buy local with independent family farmers who want to sell to the institutional marketplace, and to provide materials and information that will assist institutions as they develop a local buying program.
