Farm to Institution Guide Submission Form
Please read the criteria for inclusion in the guide. Farm to Institution staff will review each submission and contact you for any additional information we may need.
Criteria: to be listed in the guide an institution must already
- Purchase identifiably local products from at least one source throughout the season or
- Have a workplace CSA, farmer’s market or farm stand or
- Hold at least two local food dinners per year with 50% local ingredients.
If you have had no experience doing business with local farmers and would like assistance please consult with the Farm to Institution Program Manager
