2010 Fair Food Summer Farm Tour Series

A call out for your suggestions! We're in the beginning stages of planning our summer farm tour series for the season and need your input. We already have a list of really great farms that we're itching to visit. I'm a self-professed mushroom fanatic and can't wait to see the dark temperature controlled barns in which they are grown. Christina is really excited to visit the cranberry bogs of Paradise Hill Farm in NJ.

I could go on but we want to know where you want to go!

The tours are a fun and inexpensive way to spend a Saturday and will include a delicious lunch that features items the farm grows or produces. We also have a special farm to table dinner in the works with White Dog Cafe Executive Chef Eric Yost to kick off the series. More information to come on that!
